Upgrades and Repairs
Fees and Service Charges
(Effective February 1, 2008)
The Depot endeavors to provide two-day turnaround for system repairs and upgrades. We will almost always quote the service charge up front, based on the following:
In-shop
- $65 - End-user or business in-shop service, first hour(minimum)
- $40 - End-user or business in-shop service, per hour charge (after the first hour)
- $125 - End-user in-shop service MAXIMUM BASIC SERVICE CHARGE (2.5 hours)
- $145 - Business in-shop service MAXIMUM BASIC SERVICE CHARGE (3 hours)
Extended In-Shop
- $25 - Windows reinstallation* or reconfiguration 1(with in-shop service)
- $15 - Additional software installation for non-Depot software*, per package (with other in-shop service)
- $50 - RUSH FEE - End-user, same day turnaround (with in-shop service)
- $85 - RUSH FEE - Business, same day turnaround (with in-shop service)
On-site
- $110 - Business on-site service call, first hour (minimum)
- $105 - Business on-site service, per hour charge (after the first hour)
- $95 - End-user on-site service call, first hour (minimum)
- $90 - End-user on-site service, per hour charge (after the first hour)
*NOTE: Windows reinstall ONLY with a valid Microsoft product! NO copied CDs and/or hand-copied keys or COAs!
Existing Depot machines less than 5 years old get a $10 PER HOUR discount, INCLUDING ON-SITE!
